I don't want to go alone!

Oh boy do I need help! I've been looking after my horse for a friend for 3 1/2 yrs now, I learnt to ride on her, we rode out alone all the time. Then I started to ride with a friend and then others, now I just can't get her to leave the yard alone!! HELP- any suggestions please? Really don' tknow where to start she simply refuses to move- she's a stubborn girl and feel deflated at the moment.
