Red face I found a filly that I like. Can you tell me what you think?

So I lost my horse almost 2 weeks ago. Poor thing, and no way am I over it, but I am looking at prospective horses to get me back into the hobby. Its nice to ride other people's horses, but there is nothing like having your own. Anyways here is the filly I found.

She is a yearling filly, born May of 2010. She is a gold champagne and is very pretty. She is out of a world champion sire. She already has all of her basics down (picking up feet, leading, tying, and the like). I love her movement, and her price is right. Let me know what you think!!

Here is a video of her at liberty:

Here is a link to her pictures on facebook:

    Thanks!

Do you know if she's kept with that colt? Or if they were just put together for the sake of the video. If she's kept with him, I'd be worried about her being in foal.

She is a very cute girl at any rate.

She is very pretty. I like the way she moves. She looks very light on her feet.

Well they are only both 10 months old, so I doubt she's in foal. Im pretty sure he is kept separate at any rate. I know he is their stud prospect, and they are a reputable breeder.

Anyways, she is large, but I am 5'9". The horse I just lost was coming up on 15.2 hands and that is what they expect this girl to be. I like em tall :P

The main reason I fell in love was because she has beautiful fluid movement, and so did my girl. I will post a video of her (Lakota) soon. I just want to have a bond with her that I had with my last mare. I raised Lakota from 7 months, and loved every minute of it.

    Thanks for the input!!

just for the record, at 10 months as long as the colt has droped she could be prego.

np. A young baby having a baby is not some thing you want to deal with.

It is possible for the stallion to be fertile, but it's highly unlikely he will be able to get her pregnant, as she is only 10 months. Both there fertility level's would be low at this age, as long as they were separated by about 6-8 months I wouldnt be concerned about it. Also she's VERY stunning, i'm drooling over that color and movement, she's a looker that's for sure.
