    I Have Almost Everything!!

We got Gracie a new halter and lead rope for when she gets here. I think she will look great in rainbow colors! When I get a little more money and a little more experience, I am going to buy her tye-dye boots, too!

She is coming with her own saddle, but I'm not sure if it has a cinch and stirrups. We also are getting a bridle, but we are going with a nylon Bridle from Valley Vet.

Quick Question: Can I use a really thick blanket as a saddle pad? We have some thick 'indian-like' blankets that we had used in our house. Will those work? (they look like a saddle pad)

No you can't use blankets as saddle pads. You can get decent ones pretty cheap off of Chicks Saddlery or Big Dee's.

Just a bit of warning--if that's the halter she's going to be using (I dunno if you're going to take it off when you put the bridle on or not) be careful taking care of it and making sure it stays nice and clean. ^^
