Whether or not there are any resales available there, I don't know. There are typically rentals so that you could try it out. I would suggest you contact a realtor and see. She is currently with Josh Lyons doing clinics, so not getting an answer from her on FB. SHe started with one lot, and added a couple to it to give her more land. Last I knew she had about 4-5 acres. When I was there, she had just 2 lots. One with the 1 BR log home and a shed row style barn, and another with a 3 stall enclosed barn.
Thanks for the info... looks like a really nice place to live. BUT- I already live in a horse community association w/2 arenas one covered and one open here in Texas and I really don't want to do that again. Of course where I live the residents are barrel racers, roper and cutters with quarter horses and mules.
I'll put my place up for sale first of 2015- 10.42 acres, 3bd, 2 bath 1590 sq. Ft. Work shop 1000 sq. Ft. Four pastures w/cross fencing loafing sheds and a separate barn 48'X36'-3 stalls, tack room, wash bay and hay storage or extra stall. Hopefully it will sale quickly.
