I'm looking for a summer job at a ranch. (Preferably a working ranch, not a guest ranch, but right now anything sounds good!) I'm 17 years old and this is the summer before I go off to college. My plans are you go into an equine science program at a community college, then possibly get a lil more education. But my real dream is to own a ranch! I really think that working on one for a summer would give me ideas as to what it's like. Now I've heard of programs that will take teens to work for a summer at a ranch, but I can't seem to find any of those actual programs. If anyone knows anything about it in the slightest, like a place that does this kind of thing, or even steps to finding one, PLEASE HELP ME! I would be SO greatful to everyone that could give me any information! Thank you all so much!
