I purchased a filly ! -Picture heavy-

Hey everyone !

So guess what ? When I went riding with Solsticedream, MacabreMikolaj, and EveningShadows.
I went to go look at a filly, specifically actually a completely different one to the one that I had purchased.
When we went to go pick up Solstice, I took my time to spend time with the horse and the moment I saw this filly I said, WOW.
I saw her on the website, but because she was a cremello, I passed her by... even though I did keep glancing at her picture :p

Now some background on me is that I've ALWAYS owned a Thoroughbred, or Thoroughbred cross, and I've NEVER been a Quarterhorse person... ever.
I was looking for my next hunter prospect, and went to look at a yearling 15 HH filly, but she already had two people interested in her, I clicked with her, but I clicked with this filly alot and kept going back to her and petting her up.

While everyone was loading Solstice, I decided to take the time with them alone, and think alittle, and I really believe I made the right decision, and time will tell most definitely !

Anyways, She is a half sister to Solstice, I've never owned a Cremello before, I do know their maintenance in regards to summer etc, but some direction would definitely be appreciated ! She will top off in the 15 HH range which I am more than pleased about, even though I am used to horses that end up in the 16 HH range, she will be the first horse I plan on training independently, so I am very excited about my adventure with her ! ON top of all that, I've only EVER owned two mares before, otherwise I've always had geldings... I guess it's time for a switch (:

I've named her Celeste, and I plan on registering her, I don't have a show or a registered name thought up but I know I would like them to include Celestial... so any help :p ? And I can't figure out what color to make hers either...

Anyways, my plans for her will mostly be an all around horse, and focusing on dressage and jumping, eventing, endurance, lalala. Until I figure out what she will be good at, we will focus on that until then I have nothing concrete (:

If anyone could help me with her bloodlines, she shares the same sire as my friend Solstices filly, who is impressive bred.. no worries on the genetic wise as we do feel anything wrong will have been bred out by now, but I'm not sure on the Dam... what do you think she has for line breeding, I'm not to familiar with QH bloodlines other then two eyed jack, etc etc.

And YES I do have pictures !

Mom and dads reg papers.

She's adorable!

So did you just get Celeste or did you get both? I was lost on that part, but regardless congratulations! As for a show name, Celestial Gold? Not very original, I guess. XD

haha, I only purchased Celeste, only because for the other filly two other people were interested in her and was talking to the lady for over a month and about transportation, I would have felt awful being the 3rd person interested in her and just putting money down when they were ahead of me.

And thank you (: !

I think a name with "Celestial" in it sounds super cool. I have no suggestions as I would probably come up with something video game-related, but still, I like the idea. XD

Actually, yes I would..."Celestial Defender", the title for being realm-first to kill Algalon in WoW. Haha, this is why I'm bad at giving people name ideas. XD

Heehee, a pony fan would like the name Celestia(l)

Gorgeous little girl, OP :) Watch she doesn't get sunburns, but other than that she looks awesome! Love her build, and of course her color (or lack there of LOL) is quite striking.
