Exclamation I think I might have found one of Carolina's past owners!!

I was looking at instructional dressage clips on youtube (as one does at 1am lol) and a couple of dressage horses for sale videos came up, so I started searching for videos uploaded about two years ago of bay warmblood mares with no markings whatsoever about the same age Carolina would have been at the time.

Interesting background to add here: the agent I bought Carolina from, when pressed about her papers, said "Oh you could probably register her with the Oldenburg Registry after having her assessed." Odd, since she's supposedly Dutch Warmblood/TB Cross.

I found a video of a bay mare Oldenburg mare (I didn't search for Oldenburg), that looked EXACTLY like Carolina, trotting, cantering and broncing around the pasture and she moved EXACTLY like Carolina does.

So.. I messaged the poster of the video, and I'm hoping I hear something from them. Because that would just be amazing! Of course that person apparently hasn't logged into youtube in over six months but stranger things have happened right?

    Cross your fingers for me???

That's awesome! I sure hope she/he writes back really soon!

This seems to be a week for discoveries, because over the weekend I found out who Lacey's dad was. I wonder if anyone else will discover things this week? Lol

LOL that's really cool! I hope it's her previous owner but I'm not going to hold my breath.
