Question I want to know more about stealing carrots?

Sooo... how do you steal them???? Do you just wait until someone is offline, or what? IDK be as funny as you like. I have looked at the other forums and have found slightly not so direct answers. XD So let's talk about carrots some more. Cause I like carrots.

Except for Farmpony? ;) I've seen the old posts. :P

You can tell a gelding. You can ask a stallion. But you must discuss it with a mare. -Unknown

I was on here one time and when I clicked on a thread, like you normally do when you see a 'catch the carrot' banner, I saw a banner that said someone's name and said that they left their computer and carrots un-attended and did I want to steal them. There were two buttons at the bottom, one that said 'steal' (or something) and another that said "decline" (or something). I was naughty, I stole them. There weren't that many to steal though

Sometimes I see "You have found a carrot locator" but that's it. No steal or decline option or anything like that. I am using Firefox... does it work with all browsers?
