Ideas for fundraising for a non profit organization

I have volunteered at a therapeutic horseback riding center for a couple of years now and am looking for ideas to do fundraising for it. Its a non profit organization so money is tight, especially with 14 horses.

I'm not against contacting anyone whether its Bill gates or some mom and pop shop because I know the worst they can say is no, but I just need new ideas. We really need a tractor, and really want to get a covered arena. We are trying to expand our arena to a 150' x 250' and cover it to rent out for rodeos for fundraising.

Any suggestions are helpful, like I said ill call anybody and everybody you can tell me about.

Also we are having a Horse Boy certification in September and we really want to get the word out everywhere but don't know who to contact about it. If you don't know what horse boy method is, Google it, its a huge deal for our farm that he's coming and are very excited at this opportunity as his method is pretty amazing.

Last thing we are located in Kenly, nc. Reins from Above.

Thanks for your help!

What about having a tack sale at your barn? Rent out tables for a fee.
