Ideas for Horse Camp?

My barn is currently trying to put a horse camp together for summer 2010 and im in charge of running all of it. Was just wondering what things I should put into a camp, I have a basic outline but would like more input. Anyone been to a camp that could explain what they did? Or maybe what they like the best and worse out of it. Also parents of children who went to camps please comment too, i'd like your input as well. Also if you've never been to a horse camp, what would you like to do if you went to one?

A craft is always fun. At nearly all the horsecamps I went to we decorated picture frames. Then we got our picture taken with our favorite horse. The person who ran the camp got them developed and put them in our frames and gave them to us on our last day of camp. It's a cute keepsake. I still have mine from five years ago.

Green Broke
I helped run one for a group of kids once. It was a big hit.

- End of the week horse show. Kids get to dress up pony with colored hair spray, stick on foamies, glitter, ribbons, etc.
- Water ballon fight
- Crafts like painting and decorating a horse shoe and making it into a photo frame or making rythem beads.
- Make horse cookies.
