    If horse got out...

Hey all I put this in this section because this pretty much effects the health of a horse.. heres my story lol.. So I was coming home from work the other day and I saw a truck on the side of the road with an animal in front of the truck I assumed it was a deer as this time of the year with it being hunting season deer are moving alot more and theres always alot of deer on the side of the road so I thought nothing of it.. well I was going back to work about an hour or so later and the truck and the animal were still in the same spot... I thought it was alittle odd that they were still there so I rubbered necked and it was a horse that the truck hit and was dead on the side of the road it sort of looked like and I suspect it may have been a couple of years old it deffiantly wasn't very old. This sure hit home for me my horses got out just a couple of days ago and ran down our neighbors road to his house they weren't in any danger but as always when they get out you always think of the worst case scenario just thought id share this

Yikes! That is scary to think about. My horses were always getting out at the place we bought them from, but that was because they weren't getting enough food... I make sure they do now! And have a better fence too!
