Would you choose either

A.) Working cowboy/cowgirl

B.) A well-known trainer/breeder

C.) A famous equestrian (Olympic status)

*Sorry if this is in the wrong spot...let me know if it is! I'm bored and thought it would be interesting to see what people choose. I myself would choose A

None of the above. I want to be independently wealthy and have a huge spread in Lexington where I breed thoroughbreds. I want to be a regular at the Keeneland sales and I want to know TB breeding lines backwards and forwards. I wouldn't mind doing a little pinhooking on the side. <grin>

A. I already do some of the same things that a ranch hand would, such as mending machinery/fencing, roping and branding, working cattle, and riding a ranch horse, and I can't imagine anything better than working out in God's country for a living. I'm not afraid of hard work. In fact, I absolutely love to see something thrive under my hard work and sweat, and do not enjoy sit down jobs that require no physical work.

Not sure if my current roster of farm critters qualify me as a present cowgirl (On a daily basis I wrangle animals bigger than me) but I have done it before and I like it.

But, I just love the thrill of competition sometimes. Other times I like to quietly train or work animals on my own.
Then there are babies. While I don‘t raise horses right now, I breed and raise other livestock and do love my cute fuzzy baby faces.

So I would have to say C, but I only want to compete part of the year. The rest of my time I want to spend doing A when the weather is between 35 and 70 degrees, and B the remaining time in my either heated or air conditioned facility. Being that I’m famous for B and C, I can afford a primo place with all the bells and whistles. Oh, and a vacay twice a year please.

(Hey, no one said I was allowed to pick only one. :-p )

A and B :)

Well for the A, I love working hard with horses, I've been at about 3 or 4 diffrent places already (Im 15). I love to come home and see how dirty I am!

For B, well Im not sure about breeding, but to TRAIN would be a dream! Im just starting that road, I have my first horse (sadly he is green...) so Im learning how to train him thanks to my trusty experienced friends and family!
