If you could construct your dream horse

What would he/she look like (coloring, markings, mane and tail length, etc)? What breed (or combination of breeds, remember this is make-believe!)? What would he/she be trained to do (on the ground and in the saddle)? And anything else you can think of!

Ooh, fun! 16.2, large build (but still refined) warmblood or warmblood/TB cross gelding, 6-8 years old. Thick mane and tail, either a dark bay or black with two white ankle socks. Sweet ground manners, but not a shy horse

Would excel in hunters, 3'-3'6". Possibly some dressage.

I would love to have my old horse back. (he's my avatar) I loved his color. Anyways, I would give him a couple more inches to bring him up to 16 hands, adn I would give him a little chill pill...lol. For me to have him he would have to be ok with being in a stall....but he wasn't because he is used to running in a pasture, so I had to sell him to someone who could keep him in a pasture and trail ride him. He would have hated for me to keep him in a stall and only ever ride in an arena :(

O and he would be doing Competitive trail ridingand pleasure trail riding.

I think I would like a tri-colored paint with a really long, thick mane and tail.

Either that or a black, 16hh Irish Draft with four white stockings and blue eyes. He would be extensively schooled in jumping and dressage, and a good trail horse.

Oooh... I would love to have a grulla paint. Thickly built. Thick neck, very stocky and two blue eyes. Sort of like this guy: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2069/...fda62d8948.jpg

-swoon-

With a big ol' goofy gelding personality. A personality like Shrek, my best friends mustang. Licks like a dog, will sit in your lap if he could. Very well trained, push button. I always wanted a horse like the movies, the kind you have an amazing relationship and it's just effortless.

Dream on! Lol. I feel like a mother with Cricket. Everything I ask or tell her to do, she complains about.

Me: Pick up your feet!

Cricket: Awww mom! Noooooooo, picking up my feet requires me to balance on three! Do you know how HARD that is!!!!! Goosh mom...

Me: Trot!
Cricket: Aw mom! Can't we just like... Totally do circles or work on bending or something easy??? PLeeeaaase mom! Gooosh mom!

Me: Stand still!
Cricket: AW MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand still! I have AD... Ad... Adh- OH LOOK A BIRD!!!!

Yeah. -slaps forehead.-

Too bad I love that dang horse... Hahahaha

*siigh* my dream horse...
A beautiful red bay Arab mare that doesn't buck, pigroot, rear, ect. Enjuoys galloping on a trail ride just as much as I do and enjoys affection from me. 15 hands, self collects and beautiful long mane and tail.

I'm pretty lucky because I have 3 that fit the bill. But I guess I would take a combination of the 3; Sis has the size, sense and speed, Justice the easy laid back personality and willingness, Jazz- you could fire a cannon next to her and she wouldn't care. As far as color anything but sorrel and size between 14.3-15.2hh.
