By how much??

I saw a picture of him on Flickr before a workout. I said to myself 'Dang, he's got it.'

Fingers crossed! I knew he'd like the distance as he did well in the derby.

He just BARELY won, Bodemeister second. Probably just by a head o.o

As much as I would love to see a Triple Crown winner....and would love to see this horse do it.....I don't think it'll happen (would LOVE to eat my words, though). They just aren't making TC horses anymore.

It is going to be very close I think. I'll Have Another officially won by a neck. I am not sure Bodemeister will be able to handle the Belmont distance if he insists on taking the lead from the start. The other issue is that those horses that ran the Derby, maybe not all but at least a couple, but skipped the Preakness will most likely be on the track at Belmont and they would have the advantage of a long rest.

I say it is a big question mark...I'll Have Another only took Bodemeister by the smallest margin and on a slower pace.

Still, it would be nice to break this 34 year drought. Big Brown should have had it..why the trainer switched tactics for the last race, there was something about a change or no longer using the legal steroid they had been using, is beyond me.

A Canadian horse might be able to capture all three jewels of the triple crown! However the Belmont is much longer & is the hardest to win, but it's looking good right now.
