It is like riding a bike you never forget... I took 8 years off from riding 9not by choice but being a single mom with 3 kids and I was in college I had no choice) and it all came back to me the first time that I got back on... granted I was sore after riding but it was worth it.

Agreed with all above. I cannot really think of anything I've done in the past and gave up and couldn't redo again. Sure, there's a bit of a "re-acclamation" that you and your body needs to get used to, but you'll be surprised how much you remember once your back in the saddle
