Congratulations! Seeing your post has given me hope that I'll be able to get back up there! Well done!

congratulations! I'm so happy for you =)
it's very brave to get back on after a fall like that. I find myself nervous about getting back on if I get even a minor sprain! but in the end, there's just something about riding that's always worth it.

Yeah, it has taken a lot of effort to get back up there... it's a daunting experience. When my accident first happened I would feel sick just at thinking of getting back up on a horse. 8 months down the track and I've got a long way to go, but I'm excited again.
It definitely helps knowing my horses enjoy what they do, and want to help me too.

I made a video today... after riding Honey for the second time! I'm so thrilled. I had a lunging ride on her first - I know my horse well, she was very "hey mum, lets trot now!" ... she normally always is on her second ride in and so was a little peeved off that it was strictly walking still, don't think my leg will handle it yet. But got off the lunge easily and rode her around. She even gave my best mate her very first lesson on how to ride (she's been led on a very quiet gelding before, today she was shown basic aids)... not bad for a "baby" horse who is still green. That's why I love her so much... so brave and takes everything in her stride like shes been doing it her whole life!!!

Anyways, here's the video... please no bad comments again :)
