    I'm bummed!

Went to the stable today so Seth could feed some horses and meet Fritz.

    Apparently someone is BUYING Fritz.

I guess that puts the kibosh on my leasing conundrum, and now leaves me up in the air as far as riding lessons.

Being depressed might be a little premature, but I feel like my buying or even LEASING him went from a possibility to not a chance.

GAH!!!! Serves me right for getting attached.

    Thanks for letting me sulk.

I wouldnt feel right about pitching a fit about it. It's a girl that's looking at him, so I assume her parents are the ones who are buying. I would feel bad about buying him out from under her and them.

I just feel sad about it.

Getting attached is a good thing-who knows maybe the sale wont go through and just maybe a horse you will like even better might come along?.hope it works out for both you and the horse

LOL I swear you and I are connected. I called him, and HINTED around it. All he said that it's an opportunity to ride different horses and see if one is better suited.

I'm PMS'ing and am pig headed.. His comment only made me more sad.

Maybe my next lesson I'll ask for a different horse, even if Fritz is there.

When I took lessons I fell in love with this one horse Luke, and I wanted to buy him, but then they sold him It was soo hard saying good bye, he was the greatest horse ever! I'll never forget him but I managed to move on and I'm sure you will do the same :)

So sorry to hear that. Not good at all, well tell your husband if he doesn't buy you a horse you are going to be sad forever...or bribe him. That usually works for me!
