I don't even know if the BO knows about it, but the next time she comes down from Chicago she will, and I'm sure she'll be VERY unhappy.
I told the manager about it, but she has a soft heart. All she did was apologize a lot, and tell me that she'll talk to the worker. I highly doubt this will accomplish anything b/c she uses that excuse every time. Yes, there has been more then one time that I've had to complain about the new worker.
I'm not a picky boarder.
Just feed my horse, take her out, bring her in, etc. Just do what you have to do. I don't expect them to roll out a red carpet every time Athena enters or leaves her stall, I just want her to be treated nicely. I just want her to be healthy and happy.
