    it's coming..

Winter is coming! How do I know?

Snapple's winter coat is coming in already! I went down to see her yesterday and her coat is so much thicker than it was even 2 weeks ago! It is crazy! I should have taken some pictures.. but I didn't have my camera.

Eh, my pony is doing the same thing! I perosnally think she's crazy because we have a show coming up in a place that gets very humid. I told her to stop growing it unless she wants to be all hot and sweaty. :P

Haha. Good thing about being in Australia now...it's the start of spring. Although, especially during the summer the hay prices just go through the ROOF!
Do your horses normally get their winter coats a lot earlier?

    Yearling
Yay Spring! All the foals are being born, all the yearlings are up for sale! My horses are shedding like crazy... Just yesterday when I gave them a good grooming, the air was alive with horse hair.
Hmm, maybe next winter, I should get them clipped and rug them, instead of letting them get so hairy?
    Yay for spring!
