Jackson Hole, Wyoming Stables & Arena for Sale

I hope that this is listed under the correct category. "Horse Stables & Barns" seemed incorrect because of the description of the category.

Game Creek Ranch. 10.9 acres with a 28 stall stable and large arena as well as a 3,748 square foot main home with high end finishes. All stables are rented at $750/month and all outdoor paddock slots are filled at $500/month. Only 6 minutes from the town of Jackson. Listed at $2,995,000.

This is an absolute gorgeous home and stable. CCTV for in-office viewing. The property is right next to Bridger-Teton National Forest and constains thousands of miles of trails and gorgeous mountain views. Moose, elk, mule deer, grouse, and much more wildlife abound.

I hope this MLS link works.

And people wanted to know why we moved to Indiana instead of Wyoming.

Wyo is so incredibly beautiful and the population is scarce. But the housing pricing are ASTRONOMICAL.

Jackson Hole is definitely expensive. There are great economically viable properties to be found in Wyoming but it definitely won't be in Teton County.

hole, jackson, stables, wyoming
