Jobs with horses/animals.

This is going to be my third year in high school which means I have to pick my subjects and what jobs I would like to do. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be a vet but I would like to see what other jobs and careers there are out there . I am also thinking about being an equestrian pysiotherapist.
What other jobs are there out there? What qualifications do you need ect...

I'm in the process of becoming a vet tech, which is basically an animal nurse. There's also trainer, as you already listed physio/massage therapist, usually massage therapists are also versed in equine chiropracty (is that a word?), equine acupuncture, or both. There's also owning and/or managing a barn.

For other animals: animal trainer, behavioral therapist (essentially Cesar Milan), you could open your own dog day care or boarding facility, breed, show.....

How are you finding becoming a vet tech? Is it hard? What subjects do you need?

Trained
I am a vet tech. Not certified yet, but it is not required in my state. I LOVE the work. Dealing with the vets can kind of be a pain, but most of the time I don't dread going to work in the morning --- it's usually pretty exciting.

Lots of biology, anatomy and physiology, etc. I was doing the distance program through Penn Foster.
