Jockey Club

Is there anyway you can locate the current owner for a horse in the Jockey Club like you can AQHA?
I'm looking for a OTTB I used to own: Northern Runaway

You can contact the jockey club to locate a horse however they usually charge you money to do that. I contacted them on my TB and they wanted to charge me $50. It might be different depending on what information you want, but usually if you go on their website you can contact them.
