Mine would have to be a fall I had at a cross country event. I was on my old ottb who had never shied at a jump as long as id had him. We were approaching the water jump which was a jump that went at a harsh angle down to the water at the bottom and then up the other side and over another jump at the top.

He had never refused a jump so I guess I got kinda complacent and just sat back and rode him up to it. He stopped dead at the jump and I went straight over his head and landed with on the jump rail square on the middle of my back. I proceeded to tumble all the way down into the water. Then when I made it up the other side my horse was waiting for me like nothing had happened lol we did finish the course with a bunch of penalties and heaps of bruises

I had a nasty one on a bridge on time too. We fell through it cause the wood was all rotted but I didnt know that when I started going over it...but that's a whole different story :)
