    The pic I posted was my horse's Dad, who went white not fleabitten. Sadly my horse is starting to show brown freckles. Here's Lucas.

    You can't ride color anyways! They all look fine to me, except maybe the muddy one, lol!

    My guy is getting them on his head mostly as well, but I can see them under the darker gray areas. Fortunately, they're still sparse on his body and concentrated around his ears. :)

    Not to burst your bubble Sea, but they get more and more fleabitten every year once they start.

    I'm hoping Casper will get so fleabitten they blend together, and I'll have another bay horse! Not likely, but a gal can dream, right?

    Sadly, I know how true that is. That bubble popped as soon as I saw the first spots on his forehead.

    It's such a coin flip what kind of gray you'll get when they're young.

    I'll keep the hope alive for casper to transform into a bay one day, lol.
