Just Something I Noticed

I was glancing through the pictures I took at the 2009 PA Renaissance Faire, and surprise, most of the ones I have are of the horses at the "jousting" matches. I noticed most of them are wearing bitless bridles, and I found it interesting, so I thought I'd share. :)

What neat pictures! Thank you for sharing!
If you have more, you should post them in the pictures section, I'd really love to see them :)

With jousting, and all the mess that can happen, I imagine they'd rather use those for the sake of the horse. Plus, some ren faires are SUPER strict about what you use O___O This doesn't look to be one of them, but there are some of them that are purty far out there.

I've got a lovely bunch of Neuticals,
There they are all standing in a row

Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head
