haha she actually listed all the garbage she expected from you out of a leaser...she sure is looking for someone to scam!
I'd be tempted to send in a friend & lowball her on price since she has OBO listed..with the market the way it is...and get Annebelle out of her sleezy hands!

So you can lease her but you can't ride her. Sounds like the owner wants to be paid for someone else to train her horse for her. Also sounds like the owner wants to be the one to tell the leaser when and if they get to ride the horse.

Not sure about the back story for the OP and this horse, but it doesn't look like a great situation.

well I think this very weird but if you ask me I think you should get to some sort of negotiation with this lessor because you aren't paying money to leave the horse like that obviously you leased it for a reason and I think you should state that with her

I don't know the back story, but that ad is ridiculous. You have to convince this owner that the horse likes you before you can ride it? Well lady, you can kiss my hiney. Whether that horse is "bonded" with you or not, I'm pretty sure it'll listen to any decent rider.

Wow... that ad is wrong... YOU pay 100$ for coming out 3 days a week, AND your not allowed to ride... YOU pay HER for training HER horse on the ground... insano!
