looking for APHA pedigree info

Hello! I was wondering if any of you could help me. I recently bought a paint mare. The previous owner gave me copies of a registration application that the owner before her filled out. I don't know if she was ever registered or not. These papers show her sire and dams information and thier apha reg. Numbers. I also have a pedigree for my mares sire but not for her dam. Can anyone tell me the best way to get more information? Do I need to join APHA to get this? I searched allpedigree for information but had not luck. I also tried emailing the previous owner but it came back undeliverable. Thanks for the help!!

Sire: St Classy
Reg #: 256,822

Dam: Peno Creek Shania
Reg #: 486,510

Call APHA (817) 834-2742 and give them the info from the application. They will tell you if the process was ever completed on your mare and also give you advice on what steps you need to take. They are very helpful folks to deal with.
