Looking for hay in AR

I have a friend in Houston, Arkansas (near Little Rock) that is searching for hay. Apparently there is a bit of a shortage and he's having trouble finding some. He says all the places he gets square bales from are out and what round bales he's finding are $100+ (normally ~$40). He's already sold one horse (has 3 now) to help offset costs and they have zero grass so the hay is a must. Anyway, I told him I'd put the word out incase anyone knows somebody, or if someone could forward the message on to someone that does. He's willing to travel, but he told me he just can't go crazy far (I'm thinking maybe an hour or so). If anyone does have a person/business that he can contact please message me, thanks!

My ranch is Northwest of Little Rock and we are scouring all over for hay - haven't found a good source in the area yet. Without some rain pretty quickly, I'm afraid a lot of people will be feeding cow hay this year and hoping for the best...

Yeah, that is what he's telling me. I believe he's pulling strings now. We're 6 hours apart and he's asking me if I know anyone, I'm sure he knew it was doubtful that I would.

Its bad in southern Missouri too, never seen it like this and people are asking outrageous prices for hay, even the stuff that is not very good.

Last year during our drought we got hay from Arkansas .. looks like this year we'll be sending them some .....
