I didn't really know where the appropriate place would be to post...And I know this is a very long shot.
When I was a teenager my parents sold my AraAppaloosa out from under me. I was devistated. He was three or four at the time. That was about nine years ago. It's really hard when an animal you loved is sold and you have no way of know where he ended up. He had the best personality of any horse I've ever known. I assume he went somewhere near Ashtabula, OH. There are no online registries I can look up to find him that way (although I doubt they kept up with that) but he was registered. His name was Coke's Mr. Bullseye (we called him Cokes), he was red roan (registered liver chestnut but changed color all the time) with a big blaze that went down over his nose, three or four socks, and a blanket that started to blend into the roaning.
I know I'll probably never find him, but it can't hurt to try. If anyone on here is from the area or thinks they might know him or of him, please let me know. Thank you so much for reading this and possibly helping me find a horse that was extremely special to me.
