Arrow Looking for online images of sign language and tack images for hippotherapy manuals

I am googling my brains out and trying all sorts of searches but I'm coming up empty. I need images of sign language that relate to hippotherapy. For instance, I need the images for "Walk on", "Saddle", "Trot", "Ride", "Halt/Stop", "Sit Tall." And any others that might come in handy with the hearing impaired who are going to be riding.

I also need some nice online, downloadable images of tack. They are updating all their handouts and manuals and I'm working with them on this project. Any helpful hints on where to locate these images online would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Maybe here? Signing Savvy | ASL Sign Language Video Dictionary

You do have to register free of course.

As for tack, there are loads of images on the web.

As far as tack images, I'm surprised you haven't found any.

Just type "saddle", "bridle", etc on any search engine and you'll have plenty.

Many years ago, way before Riding for the Disabled was established in the UK, I was teaching some deaf children and made up my own 'language' with signs for various corrections.

Very rewarding work, hope all goes well for you.

Thank you, ladies (and gents, if there are any.) I will check out those places. I did google things like "saddle", "tack" but they are all images of certain brands from places that are selling tack. I was looking for more "generic" stuff.

But here's one on leg position

I kid you not, NEVER google "leg position" unless you're looking to see XXX rated pictures lol..

Thanks so much! I'll go to each of those links and check them out. I just went to the American School for the Deaf online and even they don't have signs for the general public on their website. I called the library and they are having to order a book on-loan from a semi-local college. I had no idea how hard this was going to be!

I went to signing savvy and they have signs for "walk" but not "walk on." They have one for "saddle" but not "trot." It's hit or miss. And their signs are in video not a still image that I can just save to my computer and put into a Word Doc.

Yeesh!
