Loose/Lost Horse in Northern Ontario!

In St. Charles -- between Sudbury and North Bay.

I just met someone this evening who told me she saw a horse on the loose last night at the end of my road. It was after dark, but she said it was a bay with white socks about 15 hands. It was injured / cut. She tried to catch it, but no luck.

If anyone knows where this horse comes from, please pass the word on. We have wolves and coyotes here. If the horse is bleeding, it's in real danger.
