This made me sick to my stomach.

This foal was tied up with tight rope mimicking a halter with the lead rope attached and wrapped around his neck once. Mind you, this horse was left in the pen with mama like this for hours and probably all day.... or god knows how long....1007145012.jpg

Were you able to take it off although I am guessing these are not your horses. Seems like a very lazy and dangerous way to be able to catch it easily.

So you don't know how long? If it was a long time why didn't you step up? Why post this, you can't help anything now?
