This is sad... and a little bit woooo strange.. do you think bonds with horses go that far?

No, I don't believe it. But in any case it's very very sad.

For the bonds: I sit on the fence. My boss had a horse a while back, and his owner was a teenager who's family could no longer support having him. Last August or so, she became so sick she had to be hospitalized. During the same time she was sick, the horse got a sever illness (I am unsure of what it was). He ended up having to be put down, and a few days after, his previous owner pulled through.

Its a strange one.. isn't it?

Who knows.. just a very sad story, all in all. She was so young.. both girl and horse.

I'd totally buy into any cause and effects correlation suggested by the Daily Mail.

The horse died from colic the day before the girl died. I don't think it's anything more than that, although it's tragic in the extreme for her family.

I'd like to think they're together again, and riding in the green fields beyond the Bridge.
