Mare has been out of work for seven or so years...

... and comes back in like a champ!

We were given a lovely mare a few years ago at an auction. She was a no bid, so my dad followed them back and they paid the fees and gave her to us. She is well bred and was shown under saddle and in harness as a young mare and then raised a few babies before the owner cut back. We tried breeding her, but she never got in foal. No big deal. She paired up with a very old former broodmare so we just left them be for the older girl's sake. The old lady died a few months ago, and my dad brought her in a few days ago to see how much she remembered. She was a DOLL! WTC, was gentle and sweet, and she just went about things like there was never a break.

Don't you just love horses like that?

Foal
My horse that I got at auction for 250$ was a "unbroke" 2 year old. She was a pasture per for 1 1/2 years then I got on one day, dint move or do anything.i worked with her now she's super soft and responsive . And has never bucked ,bit, kicked one day in her life even when I do light riding when she's a moody 7 month pregnant mare she is super sweet. She my one true heart horse and never known a horse like her.i'v been offer 3,500 for her but of course refused ! She's my baby(:
After a HARD work out.
