I am supporting my horses all by myself. My parents still do stuff that drives me nuts. Oh well.

A horse won't die just because they have no bedding in their stall for one night. It isn't a big deal. My parents try to help me out even though they don't know much about horses. My mom put Vic's saddle blanket on backwards and she used to give Norman too much feed occasionally. But she meant well and she's the one that pays for most of my horse habbit and petty little mistakes like that are not going to hurt my horses. Do your parents pay for your horses? If so, you should just be grateful that they support you. Pick your battles.

Don't get me wrong! I absolutly LOVE my horses!! I love getting up in the morning to feed them and clean them out before school. I just hate that they rush out there and do stuff before I have time to put my jacket on! And no he didn't care that she had shavings in her stall!

When I mean "Chill" I don't mean skipping on any of my horse duties, its stupid little things then they throw crap in my face when I don't do something! (Like stuff around the house, being socialable) Which im not a very sociable person LOL I don't go anywhere unless its the tack store! Lol I don't go to parties or anything.

And I DO appretiate some of the things they do for me its just annoying when they blame stuff on me when it wasn't even my fault!

I think so too. I don't have parents to deal with but my husband can cause grief. I do everything for the horses, 24-7-365. If he ever feeds them or any little thing, whether he does it right or not, I'm grateful. I used to get upset if he didn't do it right. Now I'm just glad he tries.
Don't bite a helping hand, whether its a knowledgeable hand or not. At least its some help.
Next time they put in the horses, shavings or not, say thanks.

But one day you might, and if you don't appreciate what they do for you when they do it, then they'll stop doing it. Regardless, they're TRYING to help.

Be happy that your parents want to help, mine will only help if I am not physically capable of taking care of them. Also, it sounds like they really have the best intentions in mind. Also, I always have to tell myself when my parents do something like that, that they allow me to have my horses, they payed for my horses for some time, and they really are actually trying to help.
