    Meet Rosalie

This Rosalie, I officially own her.
    She's a 2YO filly by a son of Goodbar.

She's my new all around prospect. I'm very excited for her she's incredibly sweet

    Here's a baby photo

Here's a photo from the spring - she's not as funny behind as she happens to look in the photo

    And here's one from Tuesday.

    Awful photo of us both.

Her color is UNREAL and she has SOME of the kindest eyes I have ever seen...really, this, among many other postive factors, really stands out on her.

Lovely conformation, as well, IMO...You two should go a LONG way together...Congratulations on her!

Thank you. I'm very excited about her. One of my favourite things about her is her brain.

I was in a big 200 x 300 (not kidding, its approximately this size) outdoor pen, at the far end, on this filly who has very very little training - steering is still sketchy. And she was happy to walk/trot/even canter (has only had a few canters) and stay at a nice speed. She has no desire to run anywhere. Never felt so safe in a big open area on a 2YO needless to say. I knew sitting on her she was just going to be an incredibly fun horse.

Not to mention she's gone one of the desired colours for AQHA stuff =P

I don't feel I often SEE a red roan (is that the correct name for her color designation?) with such a lovely head, fully red with a giant white blaze, which looks super, and then with the four white (SO WHITE!) stockings like that...she is truly unique, and despite ALL of that, I absolutely agree with you regarding a good brain being #1...you've lucked out ALL AROUND, GIRL!! :0)

    Yep a red roan :)
I do agree with you. When I first saw her I found her really red. Most are red but with more sorrel/brown tinges. She's is a straight red head with that mane and tail aha. Maybe that'll change as she ages?

Ohhh, I'm so jealous! She is simply beautiful. You can just see how sweet she is in the pictures. Such soft, sweet, and kind eyes.

I'm interested to see how her color goes as she ages.

What a lovely horse, & such a kind face/eye. Nice color, too, & sounds like her training will go well. Lucky you!
