Oh! I also forgot to mention if I move her to my place it can't be for awhile my mom rented the place out and we have recently realised some stuff that is not ok (rather not mention but it could get my mom in trouble) so she is working on moving them out and if she does then we will be moving back in but even then I have some work to do on the pen first but that would be my first choice of course I would prefer to have her home.

[QUOTE=Domino13011;1131760]That would be a lot of time and work you wasted for her to just someday sell the horse, or decide she doesn't want you to own her. QUOTE]
not necessarily because I worked her out of her bucking got her transitions smoother and have started her on barrels and gymkhana events and trail riding sooo basically she could sell her for more then she could have before which is why these people didn't want her before (bad bucking habit). So in that part of it she didn't waste time just got a better trained horse and worked horse.

Speaking as an adult, she is trying to squeeze you out. Sounds like she doesn't like confrontation but if she makes it miserable enough for you, you will leave.

I would leave - it's going to happen anyway.

Make her give you the ownership papers, not rudely though.
Bring a both(both would be even better) and ask for them. You must have parents their someone like that sint going to take you seriously it seems
What is she going to say to your parents?
Who Im guessing know she is supposed to give you the horse.
If she dosent give them to well what you do next is your decision.
    Good luck!

    Also...
If she dosent give you the horse, its best to move on sadly
Remember a horse can be Free, $100, $200.
Its a good deal but nothing near what upkeep will cost.
Theirs plenty of cheap horses out their though..Just search Craigslist.
I really hope things work out though.

Kylee- I am actually taking my mom tonight and yes she is aware about the horse and has also tried to get the papers as well as the police report about the dog which this lady also has not gotten ( I don't know the full story on this though ) And I know the cost of keeping a horse so ya proce definitely does not reflect it. My old BO actually offered me outlaw last night but I am hesitant on taking him even though I know she will give me the contract a she has one for just about everything, but my mom is also pushing me to make a decision leave or stay so we will see how it goes tonight.
