Missing my old horse

I sold a horse years ago, and eventually lost contact with the new owners, but I still think of him to this day. Is he still alive? Is he doing ok? He was special. He broke his jaw, and we ended up having to have major surgery where they knocked his teeth out through the side of his face, febrile his jaw and wired it together, then replaced the missing teeth with acrylic ones. He would need special care.the rest of his life, so I always wonder if he's getting it. It is hard, bit at least you know he's in a good place.
