Alright well I have a major dilema. My mom and I have not been getting along at all in the past 2 1/2 years or so . Lately it has just gotten worse and worse. She focuses more attention on her boyfriend then me I am her daughter and yet he is more important. We fight constantly we can't hold a steady convo because the second I say somethin she doesnt want to hear she gos balistic. Everything I do is disrespectful which includes telling her boyfriend off for hitting my dog for no reason -_-. Now she also is briging up my horse she is saying that I disrespected her by getting fury and that she will sell her if I don't start behaving(keep in mind I have never acted out never been in trouble for anything most trouble I have gotten into was getting detention for hitting boys for hurting me -_-) she willnot trust me no matter how hard I work and I don't get it. I had moved to my dads but moved back 6months later to try and work things out with my mom .... not my best idea because just 1month later she was back to her old ways. Now she is putting me in the middle of her and my dads fights(i am a major daddies girl and will defend him ) she is saying that I shouldnt chose him over her becuase he left.. well just because he left does not mean imma hate him he's my dad. And now she's telling me to just move back because she is done with me. Soooooooo now I get to either stay here and battle with my mom every night or I get to move to my dads and find a boarding stable for fury and change schools again.. tired of having to fight but I don't wanna leave my friends here I duno what to do

So I am almost positive that im moving to my dads so I am looking for a western/english barn
If anybody knows of a good one with reasonable prices (doesn't have to be overly fancy just want it under 250 if possible)

Sounds like you'll be better off at your dad's place.
What area are you looking in for boarding? If you look around on craigslist and websites like that you can find a few cheap cheap private places to board. I saw one today here where I live for $250CAD/month for full board! If only I had a horse, right?
    Good luck.

Def you're better off at your dad's. Your mom's boufriend sounds realy mean. Hitting your dog for no reason? That's just mean. You could get your dad to rent a lot or something, then you could fence it in with an electric fence (double) and put an open horse trailer in it for shelter until you find a place. That's what I did when we moved, and it worked for about 5 days. Just make sure it is escape-proof. Or maybe you could get your dad to actually buy a lot, and build a small barn so you actually have your own place. It kinda depends on where he lives, tho.

Carleen-i have actually been on craigslist and I found a couple I like but the ones I was really interested in were either farther then we want her away(not a deffinate no but at the bottom of the list) or pricey
Trailsntails-ya. The lot thing is a good idea cept that we don't have the money to do that which is why I am looking for somewhere that isn't going to be super expensive
