muscle pull exercises
So, last week the horse's hind end slipped out from underneath him while I was riding. I was in the english saddle at the time. So while the horse caught himself it was not before I had done some strange and in my mind amazing mounted split. The result is that I am pretty sure I pulled my groin. Thank goodness I am a girl because I really don't see how men pull their groin and don't end up singing soprano. Which made me think a few things. The first was ouch that really hurt. Then I thought I should really rest that. My final thought was maybe I should stretch before I ride. Do you guy stretch before you ride? Do you have any advice on how to get back in the saddle quicker?
