My Daughter's Girl Scout report

My daughter is working on her bronze award for her Junior Girl Scout Troop and one of the activities/requirements is to write a brief report on a woman, it doesnt have to be a famous woman although it could be.
After tossing around some ideas , she said she wanted to do her report on me , and I was very flattered : ) but after some more thought and discussion we started talking about women with horses who are also good role models.
She decided to do her report on Beezie Madden...
I think she chose a great person to do her report on and I am glad that she chose something horse related as well. My daughter is the only one in her GS troop that rides or has access to horses.
Last spring the girls worked on their horse fan badge and my daughter was able to give a riding demo on her horse, it was a lot of fun and I think the girls all loved seeing the horses too.....

I think Beezie Madden is an impecable woman to do a report on. I also think that it is fabulous that your daughter is able to bring the knowledge of horses to her Girl Scout Troup - you must be very proud!
