My English Lesson

A friend of mine at the barn rides she gave me a lesson yesterday. I have never been in an english saddle before. She helped me learn to use leg and seat cues too, so I can teach them to my own horse. I didn't think it would be that much difference in saddles but I found it to be totally different. I even tried a little trotting but I was bouncing around so much I thought I was gonna fall so I had to stop . Sometime this weekend she's gonna let me ride him on the lunge line and try and teach me to post at the trot....that should certainly be interesting

Ugh, posting takes forever to learn! But suprsingly, once you learn it, it never leaves your mind! It's like riding a bike
