Our Paint mares love their QH 'cousins' !

On the sixth day, God created the Quarter Horse.
On the seventh day, he Painted the good ones.

Congrats on the new horse!! I've known lots of wonderful chestnut QH's!

Redhead mares tend to be a handful :P

Quarter Horses, in general, tend to be rather mellow. But...two year olds in general tend to be not so mellow :P

Congratulations on your first horse. Yes I remember when I brought home my first horse. She was 2 may want someone with horse experience to help you though some of the bumps. The green beans can be unpredictable...I learned this through many bumps and bruises =)

I do hope you enjoy your new horse it can be a very exciting time!

I also have a chesnut QH mare and love her to pieces. Good luck and enjoy.
