Doesn't look fatal to me. Something was "bugging" him though. Does a cute little dance, I like that. Make him do it again.

Could it be colic? Just with him kicking his belly and also rolling could be totally off the mark there though hope he is okay x

Hmm, have you had him tested by a phychologist to make sure he's not schizophrenic? He may have been kicking at the voices in his head...

I vote that the mouse in the ear explains the voices in the head, which caused that reaction, a simple cat upgrade, or install Barn Cat 2 should solve you problems.
