    My horse has come home!

At long last, after 10 (11?) months of searching, my horse search has come to an end. And he is home!

Welcome to Captain! He's a 6 year old Andalusian/Oldenberg cross.

We lunged him today, and he is sooooo sensitive to body language. On the ground, he is quiet and quite the sweetheart. And we found out something funny: he knows commands in spanish and responds extremely well to them!

Here he is! He's a bit wet from the rain and this is from yesterday, when he arrived, so a bit tired as well. =)

I'm just so happy! He is my dream pony. Now, to try him out undersaddle!!

Is he as big as he looks, or is it the angle of the photo. His head looks half as big as your entire body!

What a pretty boy though. :)
