    OMG !

    I am out of shape.

    Rode today and decided that for my own poor body I would not push anything beyond 10 min. I made it to 15 min and not only was Spy a bit puffed (he was lunged this week in preparation) but I was sweating bullets.

    Still I was pleased. He hadn't forgotten anything and the feeling of having strong canter strides under you with you sitting back and riding each one.

    At least I got my riding fix !!!!!!!!!

    Maybe next week you could ride on a real horse instead of this one.
