Naming a horse..

Don't know if this is in the right section...but we've purchased a 3yr old and are getting round to registering her...but need help deciding on a name...she will have the breeder's prefix on before any name...she's by Littorio out of Rosalita (Krack C x Amor) if that helps...but yes, any name suggestions beginning with L would be amazing!!

That's a hard one! Maybe something like "(name)'s Little Rose"? You can kind of use the Litt in Littorio and the Rosa or Rose in Rosalita? "Lovely Little Rose" or something like that? I know you said you wanted an L name...but bear with me for a second. My family is Italian, so I just happen to adore the language. I named my horse "baci" which is "kiss", not bocce ball. Haha. What about something like "Poca Bella Rosa"? Poca means little and like I said, the "litt" sort of fits with the sires name, so if you want to kind of use both parents, that kind of works? Bella, of course, is beautiful and Rosa is rose, for her dam's name. So, "Poca Bella Rosa" would be "Little Beautiful Rose". I just like the Italian spin better. I'm sure you'll pick a great name for her!
