need help with advert for my horse.

Ive come to the difficult decision to sell my mare and as I've never had to post an ad before, id like a little help on how to word it & what info I should include.

    She's a 14.2hh thoroughbred x new forest pony mare.
    Dark bay/brown
17 years old but doesnt act it
Has done some eventing with pervious owners
Forward going, not spooky, good jumper
Probably most suitable for teenager / adult
Not suitable for a novice or nervous rider.
Good in traffic, good to handle & stands for farrier, nervous about loading but will go in after a little time

Then im stuck as to what else to include. Help please! :)

Oh and she's really good to lunge. I havent clipped her but im sure she would have been in the past & can't imagine her being a problem. She does hack out alone but can be a little nappy at first but soon settles down. Never bucked or bolted with me. Not mareish in any way. Lives on fresh air in the summer. Does need full set of shoes as she gets foot sore doing road work/on hard ground
