Need help transporting a rescue horse

Please we are looking for help transporting a rescue horse to his forever home. His story is long and complicated as many rescues are. We are looking for any help that anyone can provide. The horse is in Eagle WI and going to Arkansas. The letter wrote by the girl who would like to own him to the lady who saved him from a terrbile situation: Robin, i met this horse killian when i was 12 years old when i volunteered at a barn in wauconda il. Patty Simpkins became involved when she offered to pay share board when his owner needed some help. His owner at the time stopped paying in which Patty took her to court and won killian. Now, Patty is my stepdads cousin and since the day she believed his previous owner that i was too rough on his mouth, she told me i could no longer see him, and she disappeared for a couple years. My family never spoke to her nor heard from her since then. But i continued to try and contact her. She started a rescue in which some other girls around my age at the time (17) volunteered. We were there everyday ALL DAY. we never got paid, just being around those horses was enough for us. We all had our "favorites" and Patty made promises that they would be gifts for graduation. I was even told a few years later for my college graduation, last May. No matter what i said to her, she always found a reason why i wasn't good enough to own one of her "horses". Its been 10 years that i have been trying to get Killian. When i first saw him, i wasnt captured by what i saw, i went after what captured my heart. He wasn't always the easiest to ride, but i couldn't have asked for a better teacher. Everyone always say "horses teach you patience". Killian gets the gold for this one, i have been waiting, trying, working, dreaming of getting him in my arms again to live out the rest of his days with me, Lord knows after what treatment she HASN'T given him....he deserves this more than anything. It sounds pathetic but everynight i say a little prayer to Killian, telling him "I'm trying, I'm not giving up on you, you'll be safe soon...I love you"
Please let me know if you or anyone you know might be able to help and I will get you in touch with the lady who has rescued this horse and who is trying to get him to his forever home.

I hope you get some help! Can the rescue help line things up? Is the horse in bad shape right now? He will need a Coggins, & some other paperwork to go over state lines.

The lady who has the horse now is acting as a rescue for him, as this barn owner opened her heart to a scam artist who did nothing but take advantage of her and steal from her 1000's of dollars. The original lady had 20+ horses which she over time dropped off at the current owners property with large promises to pay and has never done so. LONG story short this went on for a year and a half and all the horses have been signed over from previous owner to the current owner. This lady has paid for all the horses care, food, vet care and disposal since many were abused skinny and neglected and a few had died. So we are doing everything ilwe can to help this horse find a forever home. All horses and currently up to date on all vet care! The lady who currently has him is working also on this.
