need help writing agreement

Well I have now got a sharer for my mare and I need a bit of help writing an agreement out.

She does two days as a rule and pays 15 a week which helps pay for feed shoes and bills
On those two days she has full entitlement to the horse in which she can hack out or lunge, in summer she can go in the school, school is out of bounds for my mare in winter as its hard going.

She is also allowed to do any other days if I can't get down there obv I speak to her in advance to sort it out.

So basicaly she is todo the following
Turn out
Bring in
Muckout
Ride
Groom
Hay (soaked)
Water
Sweep up

Basicaly the full wlefare of my mare

Also if she has any problems or questions she is to speak to me and me alone as I know how interfering other livery members can be

So how can I word it Also no clipping or trimming is allowed unless supervised by myself

(yes I know I sound selfsh but she is my baby)

There is a sample loan agreement on this page: Horses for sale online, UK

Obviously not a share agreement but you could just change the wording, add in any conditions you want and take out any that aren't relevant.

Make sure you include something about tack - Does she use yours? Can she try a different bit or type of boot without your permission?

There is another lease agreement form if you google 'lease agreement' on the EFA (Equestrian Federation of Australia) website, if your computer will let you see it.

Basic things to put in would definitely be agreement for replacement/compensation for any tack broken or destroyed, ditto for vet care etc.
